How BellCue works

Connect your email
Connect Gmail automatically, or forward selected school and activity emails from another email provider. BellCue currently connects directly to Gmail; Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and other email users forward selected messages to their private BellCue address.

Approve your sources
Add a school domain (like wcs.edu) or an exact sender address. Public providers like Gmail or Outlook can never be approved as a whole domain — only an exact address.

BellCue reads only what you approve
Only messages matching your approved sources are ever processed. Nothing else is read or sent to AI services.

Get timely texts
Choose when reminders arrive — a week ahead, the night before, or the morning of — right down to the category.

Stay in control
Mark things ready, correct extracted details, or mute anything that's too frequent. Urgent alerts always get through.
