BellCue Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026
BellCue is operated by Get Cimiento LLC d/b/a BellCue.
1. BellCue Service
BellCue helps users process selected school and activity emails, identify relevant information, organize reminders, and send authorized text notifications.
BellCue is an organizational assistant. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any school district unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create a BellCue account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information; protecting account credentials; maintaining authorized access to connected Gmail accounts; ensuring you are authorized to add caregivers and teen recipients; keeping contact and payment information current; and reviewing important information against the original source.
Children under 13 may not create accounts or receive direct BellCue text messages.
3. Email Access
You authorize BellCue to access and process selected Gmail messages and supported attachments as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the legal right to connect each email account and process the selected messages. You may disconnect Gmail at any time, but doing so may prevent BellCue from creating future reminders.
4. Reminder Accuracy
BellCue uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. Results may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect. BellCue does not guarantee that it will identify every message, attachment, date, deadline, requirement, cancellation, or schedule change.
You remain responsible for reviewing original school and activity communications and independently confirming urgent, safety-related, transportation, medical, payment, and deadline information.
5. Text Messages
BellCue sends text messages only to recipients who have provided applicable consent. Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages per day depending on the user's settings and school activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Additional terms appear in the BellCue SMS Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.
6. Free Trial and Subscriptions
BellCue may offer a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required before the trial begins. Unless canceled before the displayed trial-end date, BellCue will automatically charge the selected subscription price when the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually according to the selected plan until canceled.
You can cancel through the Billing screen. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
7. Back-to-School Special
Eligible users may receive BellCue Family for $99 per year under the Back-to-School Special. The standard annual BellCue Family price is $149 per year. Users receiving the promotional rate may keep the $99 annual renewal rate while the subscription remains continuously active.
If the subscription is canceled, expires, or remains unpaid beyond an applicable recovery period, the promotional rate may be lost. A later subscription may be offered at then-current pricing.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not access another person's email account without authorization; use BellCue for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; upload malicious software or unsafe files; attempt to bypass security or plan limits; interfere with BellCue's systems; reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law; use BellCue to send spam or unauthorized messages; or misrepresent consent from another recipient.
9. Third-Party Services
BellCue depends on services provided by Google, mobile carriers, messaging providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other vendors. BellCue is not responsible for interruptions, changes, delays, blocking, filtering, or errors caused by third-party services.
10. Availability and Changes
BellCue may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, technical requirements, or product improvements. BellCue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Intellectual Property
BellCue and its software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by BellCue or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BellCue during an active trial or subscription.
12. Disclaimer
BellCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. BellCue disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to identify every relevant communication.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BellCue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages arising from missed messages, incorrect reminders, school decisions, transportation changes, deadlines, or reliance on automated results.
To the extent permitted by law, BellCue's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount the user paid BellCue during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.
14. Suspension and Termination
BellCue may suspend or terminate an account for nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, violation of these Terms, or conduct that harms BellCue, users, or service providers. Users may stop using BellCue and cancel their subscriptions at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
BellCue may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable method.
